Urban Attitude chooses to use Australia Post for all of our shipping needs providing customers with tall quality mail and parcel services within Australia and around the world. All orders are dispatched within 3 busy days of placing your order unless specified otherwise by one of our customer service representatives. Urban Attitude also offers an express post service for Australian customers only. Alternatively, you can specify in the delivery details to leave the parcel in a sound deposit with no signature required. If your order is placed after midday or over the weekend, your order will be sent the subsequent working day. For heavy and larger items we charge a premium shipping rate. We will gladly exchange or credit all returns purchased on presentation of the creative Urban Attitude receipt. If the item is imperfect we will issue a stuffed refund of the entire value (including delivery charges). We will not send out any replacement or exchange products until we have received the imperfect product back in our warehouse. If your item has broken or damaged in transit we will arrange for a packed replacement upon proof of the damage. We believe proof in the form of photos or video. We do not offer refunds for broken or damaged items. We grasp the importance of your personal information and have good procedures in store to safeguard and secure the information we collect to prohibit unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information.
