No product delivered to the buyer which is in accordance with the contract will be accepted for return without the seller’s prior approval on terms to be encourage at the seller’s discretion. Should the seller concur to believe any such product for return, the buyer will be apt to pay a restocking fee of 15 of the invoice price. The A form needs to be returned with the goods in order for a refund to be processed. OPEC Health will only refund payments made (outside your statutory rights) if the order has not yet been invoiced or if OPEC Health has invoiced and supplied the mistaken segment or product. The buyer must pay this to the seller earlier the seller will make any further attempt to deliver the product. If either the buyer or someone on the buyers' behalf is not available to take delivery or if as a result of inadequate access for any reason the seller is unable to deliver the product, the buyer will be required to pay a further delivery charge before any further attempt to deliver the product is made. The buyer is deemed to believe delivery of an order when made even if a diverse delivery date is specified. The buyer must take believable protection of the product until the seller has retrieved the product from the buyer. The buyer must allow the seller an opportunity to inspect the product within a believable time after delivery and earlier the buyer makes any use of the product.
