Our company provides well detailed, industrial, commercial (multi-level), including residential, and in the design of above-ground building types, high quality documentation in the design of footings, hospitals and schools. We provide solutions by way of written reports and supporting documentation that allows rectification works to be carried out. Our involvement in site inspections and reports for distressed buildings has been extensive and we are able to forensically investigate movement, and, or cracking within existing structures such as residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Work in these areas consists of the design of pavements and pipe systems to allow for the disposal of stormwater from the design site. For nearly two decades our involvement in the civil engineering field has encompassed small to medium projects such as individual houses, multi-unit residences and car parks.
