Today, ourOneTeam professional service approach deals with multidisciplinary solutions that are worlds away from the business founded by Leonard (Len) Charles William Morrow back in 1960. It is only through caring for our clients, meeting their requirements and providing innovative solutions to their evolving needs that Morrows remains successful. Back in 1973, Len Morrow’s only partner Terry Stanley, was left to receive over the stewardship of Morrows at only 28 years of age, when Len lost his fight with heart disease. Murray Wyatt and Alan Thompson merged with Terry and Graeme in 1985. Today our professional and highly experienced team members encourage each other to learn, prosper and produce our clients with specialist quality advice and services. In the ever changing fields of accounting, business advisory, wealth management, tax, legal, superannuation and family office services, Morrows evolves to continually face the needs and precede thinking in our disciplines. The Morrows Charity Committee was formed in April 2013 and since then has achieved significant victory in a range of regular charitable activities involving the wider Morrows Group and its clients. Not only is it an opportunity to promote those less fortunate than us, but it also encourages teamwork and staff engagement. Each year, staff have enthusiastically produced and immense range of temptations for the morning tea in encourage of the Cancer Council. Land concern Tree Planting Day : Morrows has forged a mighty relationship with Land protection Victoria and yield us with an opportunity to participate in the re vegetation of the affected areas. We have also enjoyed generating meaningful donations of food and toys by staff and our clients to the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal, so that others can appreciate Christmas a little more. Work life balance is crucial at Morrows and we make time to get together socially at a variety of events each year with some designed for family involvement and others fair for some merriment in the office. In 2014 we had almost 80 in attendance and considerable tried water skiing for the first time (juniors to seniors!). The Morrows kid made the maximum of every minute in the water with aqua mats, chariots and the banana all equally popular.
