Laurent hoffarth (ex donovan's) manages the kitchen and serves up plenty of crowd pleasers infused with a gourmet twist such as omelette of the day stuffed with preserved lemon, ricotta and thyme or smoked salmon on rye with avocado and a grapefruit salsa.
