Her philosophy is to retrain the body�??s normal postures, breaking unhelpful patterns that many people fall into whilst working at computer and desk jobs. Stephanie has a keen interest in sport physiotherapy, and has worked with many sporting teams in the past. This gave her a firm grounding and understanding of exercise science, which has helped her develop unique and exciting ways of training people. She has also completed a bachelor of applied science (human movement) at rmit. She has also played high grade basketball at the victorian level.
