He has over 25 years experience in retail planning and design, having learned his skills as a member of the Dyer in house place planning team, before joining The Buchan Group of Architects to become an associate in the practice. His keen interest in designs impact on financial return per square meter, precede him to examine for an MBA. He is also actively designing digital products to aid retail and hospitality clients. Rob is an Interior Designer with over 30 years of experience across retail, hospitality and workplace design. Rob believes the planning process is at the core of every good design and advocates the integration of digital design to yield enhanced customer service. She manages the finances and day to day operations of the Group. She has focused her efforts on implementing systems to enable strategic growth of the business. Tresca has a passion for building great active relationships with colleagues and clients and a drive to improve efficiency and profitability of projects whilst supporting the ingenious processes of the studio. Rebecca has over 20 years of experience active in both administration and project management roles for a variety of companies within the government, private, and notforprofit sectors. This is the beginning time Rebecca has worked in the interior design industry, however is really enjoying it. phys has been piece of the RED team since 2009 and has over 10 years in the design interiors industry. His expertise covers design, documentation, site administration and project coordination. Stephen had many years of experience, working in lofty final residential, hotel and hospitality design before joining our team in 2009. Aaron has worked as an interior designer at Red Design Group since 2011. Paula has condensed a prosperity of knowledge in her four years within the industry, working as an Architect in Brazil on a variety of projects including residential, retail and government buildings. With approximately four years of industry experience, Anastasia has previously worked on housing extensions, commercial, and hospitality projects, however she is now enjoying focusing on retail projects at Red Design Group. While Sarah has seven years of industry experience, she also brings a love of travel and clever passion to her work. Delivering an integrated customer experience design solution.
